Describe the task, I will reply the same day

A few sentences are enough: what is broken or what should be built. First an assessment and a price, then the work.

Send a message →
  • direct contact, no middlemen
  • price agreed before work starts
  • contract and invoice on request
Is everything done remotely?

Yes, through remote access and admin panels. I do not repair hardware or work on site.

How do contact and payment work?

In writing, by e-mail or via the order platform, with a reply the same day. On request, a contract and invoice via Useme, which holds the payment until acceptance.

Are my credentials safe?

I work on a separate account with minimal permissions that can be removed afterwards. I back up the current state before any change.

Is the ISP platform available?

It is a solution developed for a specific network. I can show the demo version during a call.

3D avatars for voice assistants

Three 3D characters that speak with the agents' voices, with lip movement matched to speech and emotions.

Runs in the browser and on an external display
Sally: correspondence and deadlines

Task

A voice assistant without a face is harder to follow in a conversation. The goal was lifelike facial expressions on own hardware, without paid 3D models.

Solution

Heads built in code with three.js, mouth movement computed from text and audio every 10 ms. The server renders on the GPU and streams video to a lightweight receiver.

Result

  • Lip sync accurate to 10 to 30 ms
  • 720p60 latency of about 83 ms
  • The receiver uses 16 MB instead of 382 MB of memory

My role

Character design, animation, lip sync and streaming.

AI agent team for operational work

Three agents with roles like in a company: correspondence and deadlines, infrastructure operations, modernization.

Runs daily, also at night

Task

Routine tasks (alerts, mail, deadlines, updates) took time every day, and a single general assistant mixed up responsibilities.

Solution

Each agent has its own role, skills and decision memory in PostgreSQL. Change proposals are reviewed by an agent council, and decisions that need a person land in the panel as cards with options. Every action is written to a log.

Result

  • Alerts resolved overnight, only a report in the morning
  • Cheap tasks on a light model, hard ones on a strong model
  • Full log of agent actions

My role

Architecture, agent code, runbooks and tests.

GitCloud: operations platform for a network operator

One console for the network team: monitoring, automation, access and backups, with AI-assisted alerts.

Live, demo version on fictional data
Dashboard: team alerts and notifications
Dashboard: team alerts and notifications

Screenshots from the demo version: fictional operator, addresses from the RFC 5737 documentation ranges.

Task

The team worked across several separate tools, and the full picture of the network had to be assembled by hand.

Solution

A platform built from scratch: live panels, a device inventory across many sites, alerts grouped by AI, an in-house SSH certificate authority and verified backups. The demo runs on a fictional operator, with no real data.

Result

  • 56 console sections in one panel
  • Access via certificates valid for 12 hours instead of static keys
  • Alerts with ready diagnostic commands
  • Demo in an isolated, read-only environment

IoT device on ESP32-S3 with a screen simulator

Firmware for a hardware panel: system status, alerts and commands under a rotary knob, connected over Bluetooth LE.

In daily use
Tile menu: server, backups, network, work, calendar
Tile menu: server, backups, network, work, calendar

Screenshots from the screen simulator: the same code as the firmware, labels translated to Polish for the screenshots, sample data (made-up services and track); the 320×170 screen shown at 4:1.

Task

A physical panel was needed to watch alerts and trigger quick actions, without storing any passwords on the device.

Solution

C++ firmware with an encrypted Bluetooth LE service. The server runs only allow-listed commands, and critical actions require a PIN. The simulator compiles the same code on a computer and compares screenshots on every build.

Result

  • Over 1,800 commits
  • 9.2 h on battery with the screen on
  • Every UI change verified with screenshots
  • No Wi-Fi and no passwords on the device

My role

Device design, firmware, server-side service and tests.

Client work: a store on five domains, SEO and B2B data

Consecutive stages for a Shoper store running on five domains, and a B2B company database. All accepted by the clients.

Useme orders, all accepted
Stage 1 · Czech cart and an automated order test on five domains
Stage 1 · Czech cart and an automated order test on five domains

Illustrations on sample data (sklep.example, fictional products and companies). Clients' stores and companies, their data and addresses are not shown.

Deliveries 4

01Stage 1 · A cart that rejected orders from abroadMedical supplies store (Shoper, 5 domains)

TaskThe Shoper store runs on five domains (PL, CZ, SK, DE, RO). On the foreign versions the cart stopped at the order step with no error message, and contact details were not switched per language.

SolutionDiagnosis found a Google reCAPTCHA key registered only for the Polish domain and a syntax error in the store's custom script. The client added the domains following my instructions, the fixed script was deployed with a backup of the previous version, and everything was verified with an automated cart test on all domains.

  • Cart works on 5 domains
  • First foreign order right after the fix
  • Every change backed up and reversible

02Stage 2 · SEO audit during the migration to the Storefront themeMedical supplies store (Shoper, 5 domains)

TaskThe store moving to the new Storefront theme had an agency SEO audit (66 items). The recommendations had to be implemented without touching theme files without the owner's consent.

SolutionGoogle Tag Manager and GA4, the blog H1 and JSON-LD structured data (Organization, WebSite) added to the new theme. Meta tag patterns set according to the audit, with a backup of previous values. Completed items reported to the agency, and items needing consent described instead of applied.

  • 66 audit items reviewed and settled
  • Structured data and analytics in the new theme
  • Work accepted by the client

03Stage 3 · Country switcher and order tests on 5 domainsMedical supplies store (Shoper, 5 domains)

TaskCountries are language versions of one store on five domains. After moving to the new theme the version URLs worked, but a customer on the Polish store had no way to switch country. It also had to be confirmed that an order can be placed on every domain.

SolutionThe new theme lacked the country and language module from the old one. The standard Shoper language and currency module with flags was added to the header for desktop, tablet and phone, with no other changes and with rollback instructions. Switching between all countries tested on desktop and phone, and the full checkout tested on every domain up to the active final button, without placing fake orders.

  • Country switching works both ways on 5 domains
  • Checkout verified on 5 domains, no fake orders
  • One theme change, rollback in one step
  • Issues found in tests scoped for the next stage

04B2B company database for entering the Netherlands and BelgiumDistributor of finishing materials

TaskThe company planned to enter the Dutch and Belgian markets and needed a scored list of potential partners before the first contact.

SolutionA database built from company websites, with potential scoring and a shortlist of the best fits. Plus a competitor overview and draft messages in English (first contact and follow-up), respecting the client's limits on product claims. Everything in one Google Sheet with company, message and report tabs.

  • 30 companies (19 NL, 11 BE) with potential scoring
  • 12 best fits selected for first contact
  • Delivered on time and accepted on Useme
Google Sheetsresearch rynkulead generationB2B

What clients come with

The store did not accept orders from abroad, the new theme lost features and translations, and before entering a new market there was no list of partners.

How I work

The same method in every order: diagnosis and a fixed price, a backup before each change, an automated checkout test on every domain and a short change summary.

Result

  • Cart and checkout verified on 5 domains
  • 66 SEO audit items reviewed and settled
  • 30 B2B companies (19 NL, 11 BE) with potential scoring
  • Every change backed up and reversible
