01Stage 1 · A cart that rejected orders from abroadMedical supplies store (Shoper, 5 domains)
TaskThe Shoper store runs on five domains (PL, CZ, SK, DE, RO). On the foreign versions the cart stopped at the order step with no error message, and contact details were not switched per language.
SolutionDiagnosis found a Google reCAPTCHA key registered only for the Polish domain and a syntax error in the store's custom script. The client added the domains following my instructions, the fixed script was deployed with a backup of the previous version, and everything was verified with an automated cart test on all domains.
- Cart works on 5 domains
- First foreign order right after the fix
- Every change backed up and reversible
02Stage 2 · SEO audit during the migration to the Storefront themeMedical supplies store (Shoper, 5 domains)
TaskThe store moving to the new Storefront theme had an agency SEO audit (66 items). The recommendations had to be implemented without touching theme files without the owner's consent.
SolutionGoogle Tag Manager and GA4, the blog H1 and JSON-LD structured data (Organization, WebSite) added to the new theme. Meta tag patterns set according to the audit, with a backup of previous values. Completed items reported to the agency, and items needing consent described instead of applied.
- 66 audit items reviewed and settled
- Structured data and analytics in the new theme
- Work accepted by the client
03Stage 3 · Country switcher and order tests on 5 domainsMedical supplies store (Shoper, 5 domains)
TaskCountries are language versions of one store on five domains. After moving to the new theme the version URLs worked, but a customer on the Polish store had no way to switch country. It also had to be confirmed that an order can be placed on every domain.
SolutionThe new theme lacked the country and language module from the old one. The standard Shoper language and currency module with flags was added to the header for desktop, tablet and phone, with no other changes and with rollback instructions. Switching between all countries tested on desktop and phone, and the full checkout tested on every domain up to the active final button, without placing fake orders.
- Country switching works both ways on 5 domains
- Checkout verified on 5 domains, no fake orders
- One theme change, rollback in one step
- Issues found in tests scoped for the next stage
04B2B company database for entering the Netherlands and BelgiumDistributor of finishing materials
TaskThe company planned to enter the Dutch and Belgian markets and needed a scored list of potential partners before the first contact.
SolutionA database built from company websites, with potential scoring and a shortlist of the best fits. Plus a competitor overview and draft messages in English (first contact and follow-up), respecting the client's limits on product claims. Everything in one Google Sheet with company, message and report tabs.
- 30 companies (19 NL, 11 BE) with potential scoring
- 12 best fits selected for first contact
- Delivered on time and accepted on Useme
What clients come with
The store did not accept orders from abroad, the new theme lost features and translations, and before entering a new market there was no list of partners.
